Our Roots

Born in 2019, our roots begin in the heart & soul of home kitchens in Puebla, Mexico. After much careful and delicious research (eating through taco stands in downtown LA), we combined all our favorite elements to create the best tacos on the East Coast. Our aim is to bring fresh, authentic Mexican cuisine to the people of Hoboken.

Masa is the foundation of Mexican cooking. We start by making our tortillas from scratch everyday and crafting the rest of our menu from there. We cant wait to share the Mexican taco culture that we love so much with you.
